(c) the agreement as a whole. You agree that these Terms of Use constitute the complete, complete and exclusive agreement between you and Ubisecure regarding the Service and supersede all prior or simultaneous written or oral agreements and arrangements regarding the subject matter of these Terms of Use, whether defined by habits, practices, policies or precedents. “GLEIF” or “Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation” is a foundation based in Basal, Switzerland, responsible for supporting the LEI system. These Terms of Use govern your use of the RapidLEI legal entity management system and constitute a legally binding contract between you and Ubisecure Oy and its affiliates (collectively , “Ubisecure”). You understand that by using any or all of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. It and Ubisecure can also be referred to individually as a “party” or, together, as “parties”. acceptance of the Terms of Use. If you do not have the legal authority to retain the LE, please do not use the service or sign this agreement. “GLEIS” or “Global Legal Entity Identifier System” means the entire LEI system and all participants. If there is no owner, the Level 2 data will be available as Level 2 data sets that will be described in more detail on this page on the GLEIF website www.gleif.org/en/about-lei/common-data-file-format/level-2-data-reporting-exceptions-format as soon as an agreement has been reached with the accreditation plan, the organization will be required to sign a document called a framework contract.
